Through your support of an Area Manager, you will directly impact the operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability of that leader's programs.\r\nPart-Time Senior Program Manager $22-$26 per hour (based on education, experience)\r\nStart Date Immediate\r\nSplit Shift Schedule Six hour split shift- May vary slightly: 9:00 am- 11:00 am and return 2:30 pm-6:30 pm (must be available Monday through Friday). Must be able to work occasional early release and non school days if needed.\r\nAfter-School locations- Floating as needed to different program sites inside the Lamar and Katy area school programs.\r\nRequired Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED.\r\nOne year of supervisor/management experience\r\n70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management.\r\nAt least 1 year of experience in a licensed program.\r\nPlease note, all candidates will be required to provide proof of the previously listed qualifications in the job description (via transcript) and/or verifiable reference letters for viewing and verification during the interview process.\r\nPlease be prepared to show a copy of transcripts for the required educational requirements and references for verification of experience working in a licensed childcare setting for one year or more.\r\nIf you do not meet the qualifications above or can not provide verification at the interview, we will be unable to move forward with your application for this particular position.***\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\nIn support of, coordination with, and at the direction of the Area Manager, you may support in multiple facets of the business including, but not limited to, the following:\r\nProvide coaching, guidance, and in the moment feedback to Right At School program team members.\r\nAudit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant Right At School, licensing, and district-specific processes, policies, and expectations.\r\nSupport the Area Manager's established plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during the Right At School program.\r\nWhen applicable, develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, and/or PTA organizations to ensure successful delivery of all Right At School programs and ensure customer satisfaction with the program.\r\nCoordinate educational electives programs for assigned area as applicable.\r\nReview and analyze electronic data such as enrollment information, timekeeping records, and file maintenance; taking prescribed actions based on the data found.\r\nMeets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site and staff performance.\r\nMaintain accurate records.\r\nAdminister light first aid when necessary.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nJob Requirements Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child care center/education setting.\r\nOne year of supervisor/management experience\r\n70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management.\r\nAt least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare type program.\r\nAssertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.\r\nExtremely organized and detail oriented.\r\nAbility to\r\nMake independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight.\r\nPrioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, as well as prioritize schedule demands with an appreciation and recognition of key, critical issues.\r\nMultitask and meet deadlines and adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting work priorities and schedules.\r\nTravel up to 100% of the workday throughout assigned programs, spending up to 100% of the workday performing program duties in ratio.\r\nLift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds for 25% or less of the workday.\r\nStoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 25% or less of the workday.\r\nStand, sit, walk, or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.\r\nTalk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for 100% of the workday.\r\nHigh School diploma/GED required.
