Summary\nWe are seeking a Human Resources Professional to provide professional-level HR support across employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and data-informed decision-making.\nIssues involving broader organizational impact, precedent-setting decisions, or strategic workforce planning will be escalated to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) or Senior HRBP.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as a first-line HR advisor to leaders and employees on policy interpretation, performance concerns, employee relations matters, and basic workforce planning needs.\nConduct initial assessments of employee relations concerns and lead low- to moderate-risk investigations.\nEscalate high-risk, complex, or precedent-setting employee relations matters to HR Business Partners.\nProvide guidance regarding corrective actions, documentation, and performance management in accordance with established policies and best practices.\nAnalyze HR data and workforce trends to identify opportunities for local operational improvements.\nIdentify and escalate strategic or system-level HR issues to HR Business Partners.\nSupport HR initiatives including performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance training.\nAssist with local workforce planning by providing relevant workforce data, historical trends, and policy-based recommendations.\nCollaborate on cross-functional HR projects, with an emphasis on implementation, execution, and process adherence.\nMaintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications Required\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n2–4 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.\nDemonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.\nStrong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, policy interpretation, and documentation.\nAbility to exercise independent judgment while recognizing when issues require escalation.\nStrong analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\nPreferred\nCHRO experience or background preferred.\nExperience working in a healthcare organization or similarly regulated environment.\nPay: $45.00 per hour\nWork Location: In
