or equivalent professional experience.At least 5+ years of relevant full-stack software development experience.Strong Computer Science background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field preferred.Strong UI design and development skills using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.Experience with key backend development frameworks and tools, including:Java, Spring Framework/Security 6.0+, Spring Boot 3.0+, Hibernate 6.0+, RESTful APIs, SQL/PLSQL, PostgreSQL, Maven, Git/GitLab.Expertise in database design, data migration methodologies, and scalability optimization.Proficiency with AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, ECS, Aurora, CloudWatch), Keycloak, Kubernetes, Maven, and Docker.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and use ofAtlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.Experience configuring and optimizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines using industry-standard tools and processes.Minimum Skills:Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities;
