We are an operations-focused organization committed to developing practical, data-driven solutions that support strong project performance and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nLocation\n\nThis position is based out of Abilene, TX or Point Pleasant, WV .\n\nResponsibilities\nLead a team of schedulers on large and mega projects, ensuring schedule quality and accuracy.\nPartner with project teams to develop and maintain schedules from planning through construction.\nDevelop and manage resource-loaded schedules, milestones, procurement activities, and critical deliverables.\nEstablish schedule logic, durations, resource allocations, and manpower forecasts.\nAnalyze schedule impacts, delays, and changes, providing updates and recommendations to project leadership and clients.\nMaintain critical path schedules and support forecasting using historical and project performance data.\nPrepare progress reports, schedule narratives, and time impact analyses.\nReview drawings, specifications, contract requirements, change orders, and schedule compliance.\nCoordinate baseline, revised, and recovery schedules with project teams.\nTrack productivity, manpower, and project progress to support forecasting and reporting.\nSupport bid schedule development and interface with clients, owners, and project stakeholders.\nMaintain thorough schedule documentation to support delay analysis and contract requirements.\n\n#LI-MM1\n\nQualifications\n\n• 10+ years’ construction scheduling experience, including three years of proven leadership experience directing scheduling functions; Experience with cost loaded schedules.\n• Experience leading a team of Schedulers on large/mega projects.\n• Experience with Datacenters is a plus, but not a necessity.\n• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc., plus an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units\n• Working knowledge of standard cost control methods utilized in the execution of various types of project (EPC, Joint Venture, Lump Sum, time and Material, Maintenance).\n• Advanced skills in Primavera (P6), and other company-specific software\n• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or engineering preferred. Technical training or related experience will also be considered.\n\nOther Requirements:\n\nRegular, reliable attendance\nWork productively and meet deadlines timely\nCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.\nPerform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.\nWork during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
