Regardless of complexity, the Implementation Consultant executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, closely collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion, and provide consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients' business requirements. Successful Implementation candidates will demonstrate a dedicated focus to clients. More specifically, the ability to establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients' needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize the Paycor software to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCoordinate the transition of new clients from their existing human capital management software to the Paycor product suite; utilize effective client service and change management practices to ensure a smooth conversion\nAct as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process; escalate needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate ·\nEstablish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building. Ensure clients ' requirements and business objectives are defined clearly that they are well understood by the entire project team.\nProactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals\nWork in coordination with non-client facing Implementation team members to ensure accurate database configuration\nTest client data and Paycor system configuration to ensure proper functionality and quality; resolve data discrepancies as a result of testing and/or initial production activity within the software\nInvestigate, analyze and recommend solutions for clients ' issues; collaborate with Implementation leadership and Technical Support staff to eliminate recurring issues\nMaintain accurate project status in Paycor project management software; provide real time updates as needed to project stakeholders; proactively identify and mitigate project risks\nConduct face-face telephone/web-based system review sessions with new users\nWork closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met; provide technical expertise to support the Sales team when needed\nTransition clients to ongoing Client Services Support resources upon successful implementation\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
