Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Representatives needed!Serve as front line customer service representative for all Direct to Consumer Customers as well as Wholesale Customers. This position is usually the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue and their response sets the positive and welcoming tone for all future interactions.Provide accurate information to both Wholesale & Direct to Consumer customers, including but not limited to pricing, promotions, product availability, and delivery times.Process order entry and return or exchange transactions via phone, chat, fax, email, or postal mail customer interactions.All transactions, including but not limited to processing customer orders and payments, processing returns and exchanges, troubleshooting problems, and resolving customer complaints, are to be handled with high level of accuracy and promptness, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.Seek opportunities to upsell with every customer interaction. Achieve monthly sales goals.Engage in outbound calling to encourage renewal or enrollment of Precious Moments Collectors’ Club memberships, or for other specific outbound campaigns.Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM
