This individual will lead cross-functional teams to deliver MES-related projects that enhance manufacturing efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation within a highly regulated environment.\nThis is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth potential with an industry-leading organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end MES project delivery from initiation through implementation and stabilization\nManage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple workstreams\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Validation, Automation, and external vendors\nOversee MES system configuration, deployment, integration, and lifecycle management\nEnsure compliance with FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements\nFacilitate risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes\nSupport validation activities including documentation, testing (IQ/OQ/PQ), and audit readiness\nDrive alignment between business requirements and technical execution\nProvide executive-level reporting on project status, milestones, and risks\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of project management experience within regulated manufacturing environments\n3+ years leading MES implementations or enhancements in pharmaceutical or biotech settings\nExperience with MES platforms such as Syncade, PAS-X, PharmaSuite, or similar\nStrong understanding of GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), and FDA regulatory requirements\nProven experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, or related field\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting large pharmaceutical manufacturing sites\nPMP certification or equivalent project management credential\nExperience with SAP integration and enterprise systems\nFamiliarity with automation systems (DeltaV, PLCs, SCADA)\nExperience in digital manufacturing or Industry 4.0 initiatives\nDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
