Legal Office Coordinator

Legal Office Associate Orlando, FL 32801 3+ months contract (Temp to Perm ) 8:30 AM -5 :30 PMUnder the direction of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM), supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of Managed Services accounts across an assigned area. Performs customer support tasks at client sites, maintains knowledge of service delivery requirements and solutions, and provides operational support by assisting leadership and supplementing onsite personnel. Travels between locations as needed to support coverage, training, and implementations.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations for all contracted services across assigned customer accountsAssist with process improvements, testing, validation, and compliance with best practicesSupport implementation of new accounts and service expansionsAssist with onboarding and cross-training team membersHelp develop, review, and maintain Site Procedure Guides and share best practicesMaintain knowledge of all contracted services and perform routine site inspections for safety and complianceProvide customer feedback to improve service experienceCover onsite roles during absences, including site management when requiredExecute and support all service aspects while traveling between accountsMaintain a customer-focused environment and ensure customer satisfactionCommunicate effectively with customers and respond promptly to inquiriesEscalate issues to management and support resolutionCollect data and assist with Monthly Operations Review reportingPerform additional duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma with 12 months of related experience; further education preferredAbility to travel locally, cover multiple locations in a day, and commute 40 50 milesValid driver s license, reliable transportation, and required insurance may be neededIntermediate computer skills, including file management and common software applicationsAbility to manage and submit monthly expenses accuratelyStrong teamwork, adaptability, motivation, and sense of urgencyBasic math, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to follow procedures, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain quality standardsStrong verbal communication and ability to interpret customer instructionsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve customer issuesAbility to work in office/warehouse environments with physical demands (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., moving equipment)Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
