(Bullet 7?)\n\nSupports new initiatives when required by providing feedback, writing and training others on procedures, and\nadopting new tasks and documentation.\n\nAccountable for keeping and maintaining assigned tools.\nPerforms all other duties as assigned.\nLEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY\n\nWorks with little supervision, but work is reviewed. Exercises discretion within areas of responsibility.\nRecommends actions and alternatives to supervisor and others.\nPosition has little to no contact with customers.\nPosition makes indirect contribution to efforts that generate moderate levels of revenue.\nDecisions or actions may have a moderate impact on other departments and/or external relationships of the\norganization. Errors are usually detected after the fact and may result in moderate interruption and delays in work\noutput.\nWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Corporate Trainer encounters while\nperforming the essential functions of this job.\nPhysical Demands/Efforts\n\nWork requires occasional physical exertion, including some lifting of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.\nExtensive standing\nVision/hearing\nTalking\nRepetitive motion (hands/wrists)\nClimb and balance\nMental & Visual Demands\n\nWork performed by this position requires moderate concentration to effectively execute moderately complex tasks.\nWork occasionally requires some degree of visual effort for periods of time.\nWork Environment and Hazards\n\nWork Environment is cold/damp\nEmployee works in a manufacturing setting with some exposure to heat, cold, dust, or other factors of minor\ninconvenience.\n\nThe position has some exposure to hazards that might cause minor injury.\nLess than 25% travel is required for this position. Travel would be to other sites via airplane\nCorporate Trainer must have availability and flexibility to work different shifts and days, sometimes for weeks at a time, to\nprovide support and training to all of our employees.
