Job Description Description:Duties:Efficiently complete a set of contract documents, including Plans, Specifications, Quantities, and Construction Cost estimates.Conduct meetings, including composing meeting agendas and minutes.Client contactWork and coordinate with other internal departments.Assist in assembling Supplements, Proposals, and Engineer’s Reports.Sign Final TracingsMeet deadlinesAlert Project Team Leaders immediately upon realization of a problem on a projectMaintain the confidentiality of information regarding our clients and company practices.Perform other duties as assigned.Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.Skills:Able to work independently with minimal instructionMust possess strong communication skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills required to work in a “team” concept.Proficient in the use of the Indiana Design Manual, the INDOT Specifications Book, the INDOT Standard Drawings, the INDOT Utility Coordination process, and the INDOT Pavement Design processWorking knowledge of the INDOT Environmental process, the INDOT Permitting process, and the INDOT Land Acquisition processProficient with a computer and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects, and ACAD softwareRequirements:Reports To: Project Team Leader or Project ManagerEducation: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentRegistration: Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana, or ability to obtain within 12 xaygatp monthsExperience: Not less than 4 years in Transportation Engineering Physical Requirements:Able to work seated 9 or more hours per workdayAble to work 40 or more hours per work week as neededAble to work outdoors traversing uneven and difficult terrainAble to travel throughout Indiana, including overnight staysOther Requirements:Possess a valid Indiana driver’s licenseAgree to abide by the personnel policies identified in the Company Policy
