The System Analyst provides detailed analysis during the conduct of a USMC Training event to help create the post-training exercise reports.\nThe System Analyst mans the Exercise Control (ExCon) workstations during exercises and contributes to the development of various reports. This position also advises training units on the capabilities of equipment and coordinates with the training unit before and during the exercise to ensure they are aware of the system’s capabilities.\nJoin our team as we assist the Marines in revolutionizing their force-on-force training methodology!\nResponsibilities Include:\nReports to the Saab Site Lead.\nConduct the prep, issuance, and recovery of equipment for home station and off-site exercises.\nProvide analysis and content for report details throughout the exercise as detailed by the Operations Officer. This may be achieved through deployment as company teams or as an individual\nOperate the full desktop WinEXCON system to provide After Action Review support.\nExecutes plans and orders received.\nProposes dynamic scenario adaptations based on training guidance provided by the Operations Officer and Unit Commander.\nMonitors progress of the exercise to ensure capture of key data points to support reporting.\nMonitors live field video and annotate and edit for reporting use.\nAnalyses and evaluates results; compare with scheme of maneuver submitted by unit commanders.\nOther:\nAttend training in CONUS or OCONUS as required.\nSupport Saab marketing activity, as required.\nSupport other Saab projects as required.\nWhen required, surge to other locations in support of exercises,\nSupport warehouse operations, pre-exercise setup, post-exercise maintenance on equipment, and other tasks and duties when required by Site Leadership.\nTwice a year, have the ability to travel up to 30-days in support of a military exercise.\nOther duties as assigned in support of the CROW.\nCompensation Range: $74,000-$90,600\nThe compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.\nSkills and Experience:\nBA/BS in engineering, business, or related discipline and 3+ years experience or MA/MS in engineering, business, or related discipline and 0+ years experience.\nFormer USMC Officer (Captain or above) or former USMC SNCO (SSgt or above) preferred.\nLive Training / simulation experience desired.\nUS Driver’s License.\nUnderstanding of USMC Combined Arms tactics; Tactics, Techniques & Procedures\nExperience/expertise in Maneuver, Intelligence, Fires, Logistics, Information Environment, or Aviation\nAnalytical skills and experience\nMust possess an active Secret Clearance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\nStand and walk for long periods of time.\nCitizenship Requirements:\nMust be a U.S. citizen.
