Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned server hardware ecosystem partners (OEMs, ODMs, IHVs, silicon vendors), driving readiness, onboarding, and technical enablement for Windows platform releases.\nCoordinate across Microsoft engineering, support, and product teams to resolve partner blockers, accelerate device/solution quality, and drive partner outcomes.\nBuild and maintain solid relationships with partner engineering teams, representing Microsoft in technical engagements and navigating across groups and levels.\nTranslate partner feedback, pain points, and usage patterns into actionable insights for internal platforms and product teams.\nManage multiple partner engagements simultaneously, tracking progress, risks, and deliverables with a data-driven approach.\nContribute to the product roadmap for internal AI-powered enablement tools by channeling real-world partner scenarios, supporting feature validation, and helping define success metrics.\nParticipate in sprint planning, feature prioritization, and iteration cycles to continuously improve scalable, self-service partner enablement experiences.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering.\nOR equivalent experience.\n\n Preferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience managing multiple simultaneous projects and cross-team stakeholder relationships.\nExperience with server hardware technologies or platform services.\nExperience working with server hardware ecosystem partners (OEMs, ODMs, IHVs, or silicon vendors).\nFamiliarity with Windows platform technologies, device development, or certification processes.\nExperience with AI/ML technologies, platform services, or data-driven decision making.\nDemonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.\n1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\n2+ years experience in a partner-facing or customer-facing technical role.\n\n#W+DJOBS\n\nPartner Enablement Program Mgmt IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.\n\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
