Fertility Coordinator

A boutique non-corporate fertility doctor is seeking a Fertility Coordinator to join his team. This role is central to supporting patients through their treatment journey with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. The Fertility Coordinator serves as the patient’s primary point of contact, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and care coordination. This position does not require a nursing license, but prior experience in a fertility, IVF, or medical office setting is strongly preferred. Skill in phlebotomy is required, though a phlebotomy certification is not required. Responsibilities Educate and support patients through treatment plans, medications, and procedures Manage scheduling, diagnostic testing, and treatment calendars Coordinate communication between patients, physician, and external partners (labs, pharmacies, agencies) Provide clear instructions and compassionate guidance to patients throughout their care Assist with patient documentation and maintain accuracy in EMR systems Anticipate patient needs and deliver high-level service with discretion and professionalism Support office flow and procedures to ensure an excellent patient experience Qualifications Prior experience in fertility, women’s health, or medical office coordination strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a polished, professional presence Familiarity with EMR systems and scheduling software is a plus Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekends/holidays Skill in phlebotomy is required, though a phlebotomy certification is not required.
