Land Development Senior Project Manager - Civil/Site

OverviewColliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Civil/Site team in Jacksonville, FL! Join Colliers Engineering & Design and accelerate YOUR success!ResponsibilitiesProject management of land development plans, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer, soil erosion and sediment control designManaging multiple projects and workload with competing deadlinesQuality controlRegulatory agency permittingProposal scope and budget preparationFinancial management including invoice preparation and accounts receivableScheduling of projects so that they succeedProperly manage clients and bring in new clientele as wellHiring, mentoring and training new staff to build a successful Civil/Site teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering10+ years of site design experiencePE license is requiredKnowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulationsProficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designsProficient knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3DAbility to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilitiesAbility to work independently, as well as, in a team environmentConstruction oversight experience a plusDedicated, responsive, and organizedPossess a valid driver’s licenseAbility to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactionsWhat We OfferAt Colliers Engineering & Design, our people are our most important resource.
