This role provides hands-on experience in academic records evaluation, degree audit processes, and large-scale event coordination, with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.Key Responsibilities* Provide professional customer service support to students via phone and email regarding graduation eligibility and processes.* Review and process graduation applications verifying completion of degree requirements for majors and minors, and overall graduation requirements according to University policy.* Perform accurate data entry and maintain student academic records within student information systems.* Analyze student records to identify discrepancies or missing requirements and escalate as appropriate.* Manage electronic and physical records, including scanning, indexing, and document retention* Support Registrar operations related to graduation, degree conferral, records management and other Registrar functions.* Maintain strict compliance with FERPA and institutional confidentiality standards* Assist in planning and execution of commencement ceremonies, including event setup, graduate check-in, material distribution, lineup coordination, and event-day operations.* Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and special projects.Required Qualifications* Currently enrolled student in good academic standing* Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and interpret structured requirements* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion* Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)* Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications (Optional)* Prior experience in administrative, academic, or customer service roles* Familiarity with student information systems or degree audit tools* Ability to work both independently while contributing in a team environment* Experience supporting events or coordinating logisticsProfessional Development Learning OutcomesStudents in this role will develop:* Practical experience in degree audit, graduation processing, and academic records management* Understanding of institutional policies, compliance standards, and registrar operations* Transferable skills in data management, communication, organization, and problem-solving*Experience supporting large scale institutional events and operationsApplication InstructionsInterested students should submit:* Resume* Class schedule and availabilityBase Rate Per Hour:16.00ᅟ
