The role involves overseeing the identification of critical knowledge, its usage, availability, and aligning it with the needs of various business groups. The ideal candidate will facilitate the development of knowledge architecture and standards, partnering with operations staff to ensure the delivery of knowledge and information to appropriate groups.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement infrastructure and processes to capture and share organizational knowledge.\nOversee the identification and utilization of critical knowledge across business groups.\nModel information sources, flows, and critical paths to understand how information is transformed into knowledge.\nFacilitate the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards.\nDefine an operational framework to implement delivery systems, systems management, and security frameworks.\nCollaborate with IT groups to ensure cohesive cross-functional decision-making.\nProvide leadership in making complex IT and business decisions.\nCoach and mentor junior technical staff, acting as a subject matter expert on high-complexity projects.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\nA minimum of 7 years of IT and business/industry work experience.\nExpertise in process and data modeling, architectural development methodologies, and IT planning methodologies.\nStrong knowledge of document management, groupware, relational database systems, data warehouse, and data mining.\nExperience in web and systems analysis/development.\nProven leadership skills with the ability to gain credibility with business leaders and stakeholders.\nAbility to work on high-complexity projects and make informed decisions across multiple technical areas and business segments.\n\n#Ll-Onsite\n\nBenefits at Cook Systems\n\nWe want our employees to have benefits that support their health, financial well-being, and life outside of work.
