When you work here, you’ll be treated with the same level of respect and positive attitude.\nAs a screen room operator, you will be making our customer’s artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.\n\nHere is what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)\nOther duties may be assigned.\nDemonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.\nEffectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.\nDaily reclaiming, shooting, coating, taping and blocking all screens as needed in production.\nRun the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I Image machines as trained.\nHave great attention to detail.\nComply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment for smooth and consistent output.\nUtilize computerized ink mixing system to accurately produce Oeko-Tex certified ink for high quality production on our screen printing machines\nOperate turnabout mixing table to thoroughly mix the various ink colors.\nOrganize and categorize ink inventory in the ‘ink library’ to ensure quick location and efficient workflows.\nRun and maintain the squeegee cleaning machine to provide screen printing presses with new squeegees daily.\nParticipate in training classes and actively seek professional development.\nHelp out in other areas when needed and when time allows.\n\nYou might be a fit for this position if you are:\nSomeone who can communicate effectively as well as work independently and as a team player.\nA multi-tasker who is ready to act in any situation.\nOrganized and focused on the details that matter.\nSomeone who enjoys change and trying new things.\nIs energetic and sets a positive example for others.\n\nRequired education/skills/experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nWhat if I don’t have a high school diploma or equivalent?\n4imprint is an organization committed to learning and curiosity.
