We provide a full cycle service to foster local children’s ability to think critically, strengthen their logic skills, and help them fulfill their goals through innovative teaching techniques.\n\nWe are looking for: Part‑Time On‑Site Math Content Teacher. Content teachers are expected to understand math concepts, prepare classes based on Think Academy’s curriculum, deliver engaging and age‑appropriate math lessons, explain concepts, demonstrate problem‑solving techniques, and use various teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nTeach elementary‑level mathematics.\n\nActively engage and manage a classroom of up to 16 students.\n\nPrepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidance.\n\nGrade homework and provide other essential teaching‑related services.\n\nCommunicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized feedback.\n\nWork 12–20 hours per week as a part‑time teacher (teach 5–8 classes per week), primarily during weekends and weekday afternoons/evenings.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree or above in any major; education or STEM‑related majors preferred.\n\nEligible if still pursuing or in progress of obtaining a bachelor’s degree.\n\nPrior math teaching experience not required, but a big plus.\n\nSuper passionate about teaching and the education industry, with a mission to provide better education to promote social development.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nHighly responsible and loves working with children.\n\nCan commit to at least one whole semester of teaching (Spring semester: Jan–May; Summer: June–Aug; Fall semester: Aug–Dec).\n\nAvailable and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends.\n\nPay Structure\n\nTeaching fee: $35–$50/hr; non‑teaching fee: $20/hr.\n\nTeachers will be assigned 5–8 classes per week.\n\nPerformance commission.\n\nBenefits\n\nMedical insurance and 401(k).\n\nHands‑on experience in an education‑driven environment.\n\nPotential for future full‑time employment opportunities based on performance.\n\nCommitment to DEI\nThink Academy is an equal‑opportunity employer.
