The Program Manager shall be available to discuss all technical and administrative matters related to this contract.\r\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\r\nManage all aspects of Contractor employee performance and delivery of all contract services required by the contract at an acceptable quality, cost, and time.\r\nManage day-to-day matters relating to Contractor performance.\r\nShall serve as the Contractor's initial point of contact for Government's Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Assistant CORs and field Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAEs) for any technical questions related to services performed.\r\nMinimum Qualifications & Skills:\r\nMaster's Degree or equivalent experience as a Project Manager, with emphasis on oversight of multiple projects that emphasize analytical processes and legal assistance, training, and recruitment.\r\nExtensive law enforcement agency experience working in seizure of assets connected to criminal activity (e.g. drug trafficking, fraud, money laundering) preferred.\r\nA minimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager of similar projects is required. Management of similar projects under Federal Government sponsorship is preferred.\r\nTen Years of supervisory experience.\r\nAbility to Supervise Regional Directors, Agency Managers, and Project Directors; Ability to Implement the Contractor's quality control program.\r\nAbility to approve hiring of all supervisory level Contractor employees.\r\nAbility to manage the Contractor's training program\r\nClearance:\r\nApplicants selected may be subject to a government background investigation and may be required to meet the following conditions of employment.\r\nSecurity Requirements/Background Investigation Requirements:\r\nMust be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.\r\nFavorable credit check for all cleared positions\r\nSuccessfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.\r\nPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions :\r\nStanding/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees.
