We have been in business 22 years and are hiring full time and part time team leads. The ideal candidate will organize and manage the operations of the business during their shift. You will be responsible for setting standards for acceptable levels and methods of all operations; conducting inspections of attractions and building; while recommending and implementing new projects and improvements.\n\nJob Duties:\n\nHands-on leader; manage day-to-day operations; ensuring quality standards are met while meeting all expectations of our guests.\n\nProvide recommendations for and ensure compliance with operational policies, priorities, and standards relating to operations. Ensure all personnel perform their job safely, efficiently and adhere to all policies & procedures.\n\nHandles guest complaints, settles disputes, and resolves conflicts.\n\nSets a positive example for guest relations.
