We accomplish this with the support of our talented people who have exacting standards in the manufacture and assembly of our products.\n\nOur facility offers a climate controlled work environment, full benefits package including medical, dental, 401k as well as paid time off, weekly incentive bonus opportunity and other benefit opportunities.\n\nPosition responsibilities include:\n\nPosition will operate thermoforming & router machines\nMachine set up\nBasic understanding of CNC Programming/Modifications\nParts Inspection\nPreventative maintenance\nWork with supervisor & co-worker to assist product flow\nAssist with bottleneck areas. (Operator cross-training)\nDaily clean up\n\nThis position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.\n\nExperience\nRequired\nMust be able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts\nCan read and understand blueprints\nSuccessful completion of fabrication entrance test\nAbility to work in a team environment\nMust be able to lift up to 40 pounds\nPreferred\nExperience using measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, protractor, square)\nComputer skills in a Windows environment a plus\nEducation\nRequired\nHigh School or better\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
