Training Specialist
KMS Lighthouse is adding a Training Specialist to support our growing team! We are searching for a talented individual that can establish the team’s methodologies for the training area in the organization. This includes supporting clients' learning of our system and the learning for internal new hires. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.KMS Lighthouse is an industry leader in knowledge management, working with Fortune 500 enterprise-level customers. If you’re interested in the intersection of technology, innovation, and sales, this is the place to be!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for technical training delivery for clients and internal team membersResponsible for making necessary improvements and adjustments to the training materialPerforming training for diverse populations: internal, partners, and customersOngoing maintenance of a knowledge management systemCoordinating with cross-functional teams and global teamsRequirementsPrior experience in training and training developmentTechnology oriented with a desire to always be learning yourselfPrior experience with SaaS is preferredFlexibility in working hours to support Europe and Australia training effortsCreative approach and excellent ability to convey visual messages through presentations and other toolsSolid communication skills both written and verbal
