Site Acquisition Specialist (PA Market) career opportunity available!Location: REMOTE (Must be able to work EST hours!)Salary: ~ $38.46/hr | ~ $80,000/yearAbout the Role:A leading telecom company is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to join their team in the PA Market. In this role, you will manage candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting for new site builds and modification projects. This is a high-volume, fast-paced position that requires extensive knowledge of site acquisition processes and a deep understanding of the wireless telecommunications industry.If you have experience in new site builds, modifications, and tower owner applications and are looking to work in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply!Key Responsibilities:Perform candidate searches from Search Ring Release, reviewing jurisdictions, local ordinances, and zoning codes to assess if the site is leasable, zoneable, and constructibleManage high volumes of modification applications, leasing, and permitting processesNavigate industry-standard Tower Owner portals and manage required purchase orders, check requests, and documentsTake sites through the permitting and zoning process when necessaryProvide site status updates for weekly internal and client meetings using a shared tracking systemCoordinate with landowners and clients during lease negotiations to secure executed agreementsNegotiate rent, lease terms, and submit detailed lease packages with an account of negotiationsTravel to sites and work in client-designated areas as requiredMaintain professionalism during project and deployment meetings, coordinating with managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality performanceQualifications:3-5 years of experience in wireless telecommunications, focusing on site acquisitionStrong experience in new site builds and high-volume modification projectsAble to manage tower owner applications and processesAbility to forecast and manage site acquisition processes end-to-end for new builds and modification projectsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelExcellent written and oral communication skills—responsive and able to explain issues clearlyAbility to travel as neededUS citizenship or ability to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorshipPreferred Experience:Recent experience with LTE-related projects, especially with AT&T, preferredFamiliarity with systems like LMPS, NRC, and IWM is highly desirableExperience with C-RAN (small cell) projects preferredReal estate license is a plusBenefits:They are committed to investing in what matters most to you: your health, well-being, security, and future.
