The Technical and Specialized Training (TST) Division delivers courses to senior-level military officers and civilian government officials from partner nations worldwide.This position primarily supports the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) course, a five-week program that provides senior international military and civilian professionals with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to develop, implement, execute, and manage MPT&E solutions within their organizations. The course includes structured CONUS travel to U.S. military MPT&E organizations, including Navy Personnel Command (NPC), the Navy Manpower Analysis Center (NAVMAC), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), and Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency (AFMAA).
