This role will play a key part in maintaining our safety culture through administrative support, onboarding coordination, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate across teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the administration and maintenance of the companys safety program\nCoordinate and lead new hire safety onboarding and orientation\nMaintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance records\nTrack training requirements and certifications for field personnel\nAssist with internal reporting, data tracking, and safety metrics\nProvide general administrative support related to safety and HR functions\nQualifications:\nFluent Spanish speaker (required)\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail\nPrevious administrative experience preferred\nSafety certifications (OSHA or similar) are a plus\nWhat Were Looking For:\nWe are looking for someone who can help streamline and support our back-office safety efforts while taking ownership of the safety onboarding process.
