This is an administrative role with no sales.Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday ON-SITEPay: $25-$30/hour DOEJob Summary:The Production Planner Analyst supports manufacturing operations by coordinating production plans, releasing work orders, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient, on-time production. This entry-level role partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Materials teams to support day-to-day production activities, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Production Planning & SupportProvide daily production support to ensure schedules align with capacity and material availabilityAssist with resolving production issues related to scheduling, shortages, and prioritiesCommunicate with Production, Materials, and Purchasing teams to support execution of the production planWork Order (WO) ManagementCreate, release, and maintain work orders in the ERP/MRP systemMonitor work order status and support timely completionAssist with investigating and resolving work order discrepanciesKPI Tracking & ReportingTrack and update production KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time completion, and throughputSupport the preparation of routine production reports and dashboardsMaintain accurate data to support operational reviews and decision-makingDocumentation & Continuous ImprovementDocument procedures and processes to support standard workAssist with maintaining planning data accuracy (BOMs, routings, lead times)Support continuous improvement initiatives within production planning and operations___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic data analysisStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP/MRP systems is a plusWillingness to document procedures and processes to support standard work and continuous improvementBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations preferredExposure to a manufacturing or industrial environmentFamiliarity with KPI reporting, data analysis, or continuous improvement conceptsIf you are interested, please apply with your updated resume!
