Job DescriptionOur client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a "Scientist I" based out of South San Francisco, CA.Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)Pay Rate: $49.20/hr on W2Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401KJob Description:We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to join the Translational Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (tPKPD) team. This role supports preclinical PK/PD studies by contributing to study execution, PK data analysis, and database management while helping transition manual workflows to automated, data-driven processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport design, outsourcing, monitoring, and execution of preclinical PK studies.Perform limited laboratory support activities including dose material preparation and sample/tissue handling.Conduct PK data analysis and maintain departmental databases and study records.Utilize coding and data tools to streamline data entry, perform statistical analysis, and generate reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present study results to the department.QualificationsBS or MS in Biology, Pharmacology, Data Science, or related field.1-2 years of preclinical R&D experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings preferred.Basic knowledge of animal physiology and cell culture.Familiarity with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, FACS, and LC-MS.Experience with data analysis, database management, and coding for large datasets preferred.If interested, please send us your updated resume athr@dawarconsulting.com/kavitha@dawarconsulting.comSkill Set
