Our innovation in the entertainment industry has shaped the future for sustainable growth.\nPosition Summary\nThis position is responsible for soldering our products efficiently for our manufacturing operations.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nProduce quality products in a timely manner.\nUse hand and power tools correctly that are necessary for the job along with hand and stand soldering irons.\nRead a build document and order and know when to ask questions when necessary.\nKnow what cold solder is and what is considered quality work.\nLearn all product builds and new products as they develop.\nInspect metal and product for flaws before soldering.\nRead a ruler for strip length accuracy.\nComplete a daily quota sheet documenting all work that is done for the day.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by management.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nQualifications, Skills and Abilities:\nAbility to follow instructions.\nPrevious soldering experience a plus.\nReliable way to get to and from work.\nAbility to sit for long periods of time and remain focused.\nAbility to read an order and ruler.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills.\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:\nOccasionally required to stand.\nOccasionally required to walk.\nContinually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.\nContinually works around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\nThe employee must lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; color vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus.\nCompany Values:\nDeliver Legendary Service: It’s all about the experience.
