Most importantly, you’re proactive and accountable, driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.\n\nThis position offers hybrid flexibility and should be based near one of our U.S. office locations: Carlsbad, CA; Bethesda, MD; or Canton, OH.\nWhat You'll Do\nBe a Trusted Partner in the Sales Journey\nCollaborate with Business Development to shape new and cross-sell opportunities by aligning 3E’s compliance solutions with customer priorities.\nGuide solution design by uncovering client needs through discovery conversations and business process reviews.\nDeliver compelling demos and presentations that connect regulatory requirements with business value.\nSupport proposal development, including detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents and RFI/RFP responses.\n\nDeliver Value That Lasts\nLeverage a “value connection mindset” to help clients understand the broader impact of their compliance challenges.\nProvide insight into implementation complexities and offer scalable, customer-centric recommendations.\nDrive commercial impact by helping teams meet and exceed sales goals through strategic consultation.\n\nAct as an Industry Advocate\nStay ahead of regulatory changes and emerging trends in EH&S, supply chain, and product stewardship.\nShare insights and customer feedback with Product and Leadership teams to influence our roadmap.\nRepresent 3E at industry events and tradeshows—sharing your expertise and elevating our brand presence.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.\n5+ years of experience in regulatory environments such as EH&S, product compliance, or chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, GHS, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom).\n3+ years in client-facing roles, ideally involving solution design or pre-sales.\nStrong presentation, collaboration, and consultative communication skills.\nProficiency in Salesforce.com.\nTravel Expectations: This role requires occasional travel—up to 10 days per month—primarily within the United States. Travel is typically short (1–2 day trips) and often grouped to accommodate meetings with multiple customers.
