This position will design and build visual force pages, complex triggers and custom objects. The position is responsible for the solution design and development within Salesforce.com CRM and third party applications. You will work closely with internal members of the sales, marketing, service and operations organizations.\nHow will you make an impact?\nCreate applications to interface with Salesforce and Salesforce.com\nEvaluate existing processes and determine potential Salesforce-enabled enhancements\nIdentify opportunities for automation in Salesforce\nManage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements\nCommunicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment\nMaintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet corporate and department goals successfully\nCollaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance\nFollow the company Code of Ethics and inContact policies and procedures at all times.\nCommunicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of inContact.\nHave you got what it takes?\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience\n6+ years of experience in software development is required\nProficient in at least 1 of Apex, Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), .NET frameworks (C#, ASP.NET Core), or a similar modern language\nExperience with modern JavaScript front end development and frameworks is a strong plus\nSolid understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus\nExperience working with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle)\nFamiliarity with version control tools like Git\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities\n\nAbout NiCE\nNICE Ltd.
