We take pride in knowing that we make a difference in a person's life each day.\n\n**We are currently looking for BCBAs for our Gilbert, N. Gilbert & Tempe Clinics! Ability to start with a full caseload plus a $10,000 signing bonus**\nJob Summary\nAs a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based treatment methods. You will collaborate with team members, services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of individuals with autism and their families.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nConducts ABA program management for adults and children with autism spectrum disorders\nProvides direct client services, including initial assessments\nSupervises RBTs and conducts training and coaching\nCollaborates with client's treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients, including Behavior Technicians, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and schools\nFacilitates parent training and support families to access community resources\nDesired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nKnowledge and proficiency with a range of clinical approaches to care\nUse professional knowledge and independent judgment to strategize continuous improvements.\nStrong assessment skills and treatment planning expertise\nGood analytical/critical thinking skills with the ability to record, track, and analyze therapy progress\nMust have strong positive communication and interpersonal skills – works well with parents, children and other professionals\nClient focus and strong ability to function as a team member\nRequirements:\nMust be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.\nShould be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of AZ (LBA)\nMust be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions\nMust be able to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plans\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card\nMust be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB\nAbility to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification\n1+ years of supervised BCBA work experience\nMust hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.
