In this role, you will be developing training programs and training materials for the plant.Develop training process, programs, and procedures and ensure compliance with company standards, NRC regulations, and INPO criteria.Use Systematic Approach to Training to develop and reinforce standards for new and high-quality trainings.Participate in the Training Advisory Committee.Participate in NRC regulations, INPO evaluations, and auditsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSDegree in training or education and 5+ years of experience.Industrial experience.Mastery of digital training content development and delivery.Working knowledge of MS Suite.BONUS QUALIFICATIONSNuclear industry experience.WHY AVERRO?Averro is a Veteran-Owned organization dedicated to delivering innovative talent solutions, business consulting, and technology services that propel businesses and careers forward.
