Litigation/Trial Attorney - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Position Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced litigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be integral in maximizing outcomes for our clients and ensuring a stress‑free litigation experience. Key Responsibilities Handle personal injury litigation cases from initial signing through to trial resolution. Serve as lead counsel during trials, demonstrating strong advocacy and litigation skills. Collaborate with a team of high‑performing attorneys to ensure high‑quality client representation. Assist in intake support by sharing responsibilities with our talented intake team. Participate in scheduled, periodic on‑call duties to address after‑hours calls from prospective clients regarding serious or catastrophic cases. Educate clients and potential clients about their rights and legal options. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years' experience practicing personal injury litigation. Proven trial experience as lead counsel is required. Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory. Compensation & Benefits Aggressive performance‑based compensation for the right candidate.
