Assists with other tasks and special projects needed.\n\nEXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:\n2+ years of experience in full-stack web application design and development with skills below:\nCandidates possess a strong work ethic, positive mental attitude, motivation, and ability to work independently.\nHighly experienced with back-end programming languages {{Ex: PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc}}\nProficiency in Database technologies like MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.\nExperience with API design/development and usage of push notifications.\nKnowledge of code versioning tools {{such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}}.\nProficiency in web server technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, IIS, etc. (Emphasis on Apache and Node.js).\nPreferred: B.Sc in Computer Science.\nProficiency in Linux OS and basic knowledge of Windows and Unix.\nProficiency in Big Data Management.\nThe ability to apply knowledge and experience towards learning/teaching new or different technologies quickly.\nProficient knowledge of SEO standards.\nProficient experience using {{Ex: advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.}}.\nUtilizes strong analytical, logic, and research skills to gather facts and make decisions.\nDevelopment experience for both mobile and desktop environments.\nUnderstanding and implementation of security and data protection.\n\nApply\nApply by emailing your resume and cover letter to employment@voxtechnologies.com.
