Process development support: follow directives by the R&D department; perform repetitive testing, identify non‐conforming results; communicate results and challenges in real time. Assemble and validate test assembly and automation equipment. Assist with various test lab equipment capabilities. Maintain lab equipment. Perform tasks as directed by the R&D Manager. Qualifications Minimum post‐secondary education with an associate's degree in a technical field or 3+ years' experience in technical design, manufacturing, or testing. Signal Integrity experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time‐management skills and an independent, methodical approach to data organization. Proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office; above‐average Excel skills. Ability to read and interpret geometric drawings. Self‐motivated with mechanical aptitude and strong interpersonal communication skills. Physical Requirements Repeatable processes requiring use of microscopes, magnifying lenses, hand tools, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Export Control This position requires access to controlled technology subject to U.S. export controls.
