Payrates range from $18.00 - $22/hr.\n\nThis role plays a critical part in supporting daily warehouse operations through the safe movement, storage, and distribution of materials and products.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a Warehouse Associate / Material Handler, you will:\n\nLoad, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse\n\nPick, pack, scan, kit, and count inventory accurately\n\nSafely operate material handling equipment\n\nUtilize handheld barcode scanners and warehouse management systems\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 7S standards\n\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures\n\nCollaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals\n\nAssist with additional warehouse duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\n\nExperience operating material handling equipment\n\nAbility to work safely in a warehouse environment\n\nAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced setting\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience\n\nExperience using handheld RF scanners or barcode scanning equipment\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nPositive attitude and strong teamwork skills\n\nFlexibility to work overtime as business needs require\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nLift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.\n\nStand, walk, or sit for extended periods\n\nFrequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, and reach\n\nHandle products of various shapes, sizes, and weights\n\nUse hands and fingers to operate warehouse equipment and tools\n\nWork in varying warehouse temperatures as needed\n\nPay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour\n\nBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
