Client Services Representative/ Office Staff Step One is an OASAS Certified Outpatient Substance Abuse Program located in Kingston NY. Hours: 12 PM - 8:30 PM Monday - Thursday. 8 AM - 4:30 PM on Friday. Sign-In Clients Filing, Copying, Data Entry & Faxing Collecting Co-pays Maintain Spreadsheets Scheduling Intakes and processing paperwork Heavy phone and computer work Direct observation of Urine Drug Screens Organize and Maintain File Room Please send Resume and Cover Letter with location preference to be considered for this position. Qualifications: H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Excellent office, computer and telephone skills Organized and able to Multitask Ability to maintain client confidentiality Knowledge of HIPAA. Knowledge of EMR Systems.
