The role also supports both domestic and international travel arrangements and assists with preparing reports and presentations. The Program Analyst will oversee inventory and property management, acting as an alternate to the Branch Property Custodian, and will handle logistical support for office and laboratory moves. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial, as the position requires managing multiple tasks, maintaining communication across teams, and ensuring the timely completion of various administrative tasks.\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Provide direct administrative and programmatic support to the Epidemiology and Prevention Branch (EPB) Chiefs and staff.\n· Use and maintain administrative, programmatic, and technical procedures for the day-to-day operations of the EPB.\n· Coordinate EPB-related staffing, procurement, and logistical documents.\n· Process time and attendance for EPB staff.\n· Initiate supply and service orders for EPB staff.\n· Process both domestic and international travel and training requests for EPB staff.\n· Serve as an alternate to the Branch Property Custodian. Manage inventory; order equipment and oversee the storage of supplies and equipment. Receive and reconcile equipment in the Property Inventory System (PMIS); transfer property from one agency to another.\n· Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and papers for EPB staff.\n· Plan, initiate, and coordinate communication with the Division to ensure timely approval and completion of actions related to the day-to-day operations of the EPB.\n· Perform database analysis for reporting of EPB staffing, budgets, property, purchasing, and travel issues.\n· Provide administrative support for the inventory/property processing requisitions, reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy, scheduling deliveries and pickups, processing shipment returns, preparing reports, and coordinating special projects.\n· Provide administrative and logistical support for office and laboratory moves.\n· Management and accountability of government property assets throughout the EPB, including office equipment, laboratory equipment, IT assets, etc.\nQualifications:\n· High school diploma required, with an associate degree in a related field preferred.\n· Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.\n· Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\n· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage in clear and professional interpersonal interactions.\nNo Remote/offsite locations authorized.
