Labor and Employment Class Action Associate - Mid-Level/Senior (Workplace Class Action Practice)

immediate opening for a highly motivated mid to senior level associate to join its dynamic Labor and Employment group to support its California practice in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of substantive experience in employment litigation and a desire for trial work. Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including wage and hour class action lawsuits, is also desired. Superior academic and writing credentials along with California bar admission required.
