Select correct tools and fixtures.\n* Test assembled products.\n* Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.\n* Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Create labor records for all transactions.\n* Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Setup new production work areas, including layouts, tooling and equipment setup, etc.\n* Assist with transition from development to production, including first articles\n* Manufacture, assemble, and test mechanical, fluid and electrical measurement equipment assemblies according to written procedures and engineering models, drawings, specifications and written procedures\n* Perform precision seam welding work for long periods of time seated at machine\n* Interface with production leads, supervisors, manager and QA inspection to ensure timely customer delivery\n* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct discrepancies by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance.
