Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and direct onboarding strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans for assigned clients Lead client success meetings and ensure accountability for outcomes Execute the setup and onboarding of employee benefit programs with carriers and vendorsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, benefits administration, or implementation roles Demonstrated experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects Experience advising on benefits administration and platform configuration Active Life & Health insurance license preferred Strong analytical skills and client relationship management experience
