You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving retention, and enhancing lifetime value through targeted communications, personalized experiences, and creating a cohesive experience for customers to improve engagement across all lifecycle touch points.How You'll CreateWork closely with VP of Digital Marketing and Sr Manager of E-Comm to execute overall D2C/CRM Strategy and optimize e-commerce sales channels through artist specific campaigns.Develop a D2C e-commerce strategy including user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and sales performance.Scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share within key digital store frontsDevelop, implement and maintain effective and scalable marketing processes and data-driven and optimized execution of cross-channel communicationsLead website and digital store management including optimization, merchandising, and content.
