The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join our exceptional team in our state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled warehouse.

As a Warehouse Worker II on the Swing Shift, you will:
Work in an air conditioned warehouse environment
Work from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, including some weekend shifts
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other mechanical equipment
Pick product to prepare for shipment
Receive, ship, stock and maintain warehouse inventory
Contribute to the department's service-focused mission by providing superior customer service.
A Candidate must:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to lift 75 pounds on a continuous basis.
Be able to pass a background check.
Be willing and able to work weekends as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who:
Has a strong work ethic
Has warehouse experience
Has experience operating warehouse equipment
Has experience with maintaining inventory
The warehouse is typically closed on Saturday and Sunday. However, during the months of November and December the swing shift might work on Sundays.
DABS stores are closed on Sundays and all state and federal holidays.

Health Insurance - Public Employee Health Program (PEHP):

Retirement - Utah Retirement Systems (URS):
Employer contributions equal to 10% of your salary between both a pension and 401(k) plan or a 401(k) only plan.
Employer match of up to $26 per paycheck into your 401(k) on top of what you will already be receiving.
Employer contributions to your 401(k) are vested after four years.
Paid time off:
Eligible employees may accrue 4 hours of annual leave and 4 hours of sick leave each pay period. (Annual leave accrual rate increases with years of service).
