Complex Products SpecialistLocation: Remote; preferably based in Alpharetta, GACompensation: $90,000 to $110,000 base salary plus performance bonus and benefits | Full-Time | W2About the Role:Our client, a successful and well-established RIA, is seeking a Complex Products Specialist with expertise in complex products to support their growing operations team. The ideal candidate is analytical and resourceful, with experience supporting complex investment workflows within a wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer environment. They bring sharp critical thinking and an investigative approach to problem-solving and are comfortable navigating sophisticated investment solutions, including separately managed accounts, third-party money managers, alternative investments, and fee-based annuities. In this role, they will serve as a key resource to advisors and internal teams, guiding complex or non-standard investment processes that require additional coordination and oversight.What You'll Do:Support operations and client service teams with account setup, transfers, and updates for complex investment products, including SMAs, alternative investments, and fee-based annuity productsServe as a resource for advisors and internal teams by answering product and operational questions and troubleshooting account issuesReview client paperwork, agreements, and disclosures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliancePartner with investment, transition, and operations teams to coordinate onboarding and transfers of complex investment accountsDevelop and refine operational processes, documentation, and training related to complex productsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and overall client experienceWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in investment operations, wealth management operations, or a similar financial services environmentExperience supporting complex investment products such as SMAs, third-party money managers, alternatives, and fee-based annuitiesDemonstrated understanding of operational workflows within an RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth management platformAbility to solve problems and navigate complex or non-standard situationsClose attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex paperwork and processesExcellent and clear communicator with the ability to support advisors and internal stakeholdersFamiliarity with Fidelity or Schwab custodial platforms strongly preferredBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferredWhy This Role:Work at the intersection of investment strategy and operations as the go-to expert on sophisticated investment productsSolve complex operational challenges beyond routine processingGain strong exposure and career growth within a national wealth platformFirm Highlights:Best Places To Work for Financial Advisors 2018-2024: Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 – Recognized firms were required to be a registered investment advisor (RIA) that has been in business for at least one year and has a minimum of 15 full-time/part-time employees.
