Electrical Manager

Key Responsibilities:• Lead a global electrical engineering team supporting high-density liquid cooling products.• Oversee product design, validation, manufacturing support, and lifecycle management.• Drive NPI, change management, and global manufacturing alignment.• Ensure compliance with UL, CSA, CE, NEC, and industry standards.• Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.• Develop engineering standards and mentor engineering teams.Requirements:• 5+ years of engineering management experience.• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.• Experience in NPI, manufacturing, and product development.• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA79, UL 508A/SB, and HVAC electrical standards.• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, CREO, or similar tools.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred:• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.• Knowledge of PCB design, power electronics, and system integration.• Electrical testing, validation, and compliance experience.• Master's degree preferred.
