You will lead the sales pursuit of highly engineered components and sub-systems across our specialized business units: Components, Utility Control Systems, and Displays & DCU. Partnering closely with Business Unit leadership and product line teams, you will provide both strategic and tactical direction to cross-functional proposal teams. Your mission is to develop winning offerings and navigate complex negotiations from the initial lead all the way to final contract execution.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDevelop strong partner partnerships with your customers, including OEM and Tier 1 target growth accounts.\nEstablish and implement the sales action plan required to meet and exceed bookings goals.\nDevelop capture strategies and leads plans for new business.\nCollaborate with the business unit teams for the elaboration of business cases and to ensure that sales plans are integrated into the bid response strategy.\nWork together with go-to-market partners to drive towards successful results.\nLeverage your market network and contacts and use competitive research and analysis to make recommendations about internal investment and resource allocation.\nProvide accurate forecasting for short- and long-term bookings and maintain a sales funnel.\nStay current on commercial aviation OEM and integrator markets and industry trends.\nCommunicate and present critical data, report summaries, market analysis and strategic recommendations to all levels of management.\nChallenge the status quo, helping the team get better every day.\nNegotiate and come to agreement on all solutions strategy, goals and objectives with your customers.\nPerforms special projects/tasks as assigned\nPreferred Education\nBachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business. MBA is a plus!\nPreferred Experience\nHighly motivated and self-driven, competitive, strong desire to “Win”\nStrong track record of building collaborative relationships with internal peer groups and external customers and partners.\nA strong background in commercial aviation, particularly in managing aftermarket sales and customer relationships with major commercial airline operators.\nComfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment.\nExposure to distribution channels and a strong understanding of the aerospace aftermarket landscape\nPreferred Specialized Skills and Abilities\nSolid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations and account P/L.\nPrior key account management experience are desired.\nStrong capabilities in MS Office (Excel, word, power point).\nDemonstrated success closing large sales on major programs and a track record of sales accomplishments.\nExcellent networking skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to travel as required, up to 50% of the time.\nFrequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.\nFrequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.\nThe person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office\nFrequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.\nSalary Range\nThe typical hiring range for this role is:\nLevel III: $132,000-$165,000\nLevel IV: $148,000–$190,000\nFinal offers are based on job-related qualifications and pay equity\nKorry Electronics Competitive Benefits Package:\n401(k) matching\n12 paid holidays\nMinimum of three weeks paid time off plus one week paid sick time to start\nComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision\nHealth Savings Account (HSA) with a generous company contribution\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)\nTuition reimbursement\nParental leave\nShort term and long term disability\nLife insurance\nAccidental death & dismemberment insurance\nLong-term care plan options\nPrescription safety shoe & glasses benefit\nVanpool subsidy\nRecognition awards\nEmployee referral bonuses\nEAP (Employee Assistance Program)\nEligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.\nThis position requires access to export control information.
