This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our supply chain operations, providing reliable transportation solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker trucks, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations\n* Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules\n* Load and unload freight safely, handling logistics cargo with care and precision\n* Transport hazardous materials (hazmat) in compliance with hazardous materials regulations and safety protocols\n* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure truck safety and compliance with DOT standards\n* Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs in accordance with company policies\n* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly\n\n*Skills*\n\n* Proven experience in delivery driving, truck driving, or over-the-road (OTR) routes involving freight transportation\n* Strong knowledge of commercial driving practices, including manual transmission operation and automobile transportation techniques\n* Familiarity with GPS navigation tools for efficient route planning and execution\n* Ability to handle manual handling tasks related to load & unload procedures safely\n* Understanding of trucking regulations related to hazardous materials (hazmat), dangerous goods, and DOT compliance\n* Experience with truck loading/unloading procedures for freight of various types such as flatbed or tanker cargo\n* Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, route driving efficiency, and hazard awareness\n\nJoin us as a Driver if you’re passionate about delivering excellence on the road!
