Inside Sales Representative – Financial Education (B2C | Warm Leads) Compensation: $90,000–$150,000+ annually (guaranteed base + commission) Job Type: Full-time | Benefits Included Location: Onsite - Trading Academy Centers - Travel required 2 to 3 weekends/month About the Role Online Trading Academy is hiring a B2C Inside Sales Representative / Enrollment Specialist to work with warm, highly engaged prospects who attend our live and virtual educational events. This is a consultative, relationship-driven inside sales role focused on helping individuals determine whether our financial education programs align with their goals. All leads are provided—no cold calling. If you enjoy structured sales conversations, meaningful client interactions, and representing a well-established brand in financial education, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth. What You’ll Do Engage warm prospects who attend Trading Academy seminars and orientations Conduct consultative conversations to understand goals, experience, and fit Recommend appropriate education pathways based on individual needs Guide prospects through enrollment using a professional, ethical sales approach Track activity and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM Collaborate with instructors and operations teams to support the student experience What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales experience (B2C preferred; high-ticket or intangible sales a plus) Consultative selling style with strong listening and relationship-building skills Comfort discussing personal goals, education, and long-term outcomes Coachable, growth-oriented mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills Salesforce or CRM experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $90,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential Guaranteed base + commission structure Warm, qualified leads provided Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Ongoing professional development and sales training Schedule & Location Full-time, onsite role Two to three weekends per month; occasional evenings Travel to Trading Academy centers nationwide for sales even
