irregular hours; nights; weekends; and holidays\n\nQualifications and Job Requirements:\nKnowledge/Skills\nGeneral restaurant or retail knowledge\nBasic math and reading skills\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to follow directions\nMulti-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills\nWork Environment: Continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting in a restaurant environment;
