This commitment to quality and service is a long-standing focus that continues to guide the company’s growth and innovation.Role Description The Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pendleton, IN. The Design Engineer will create and refine designs for aluminum truss systems, including custom and standard products for a variety of production and architectural uses. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing 3D models and detailed drawings, performing engineering calculations, and collaborating with manufacturing to ensure designs are feasible, safe, and cost-effective. The role involves working closely with sales and project teams to translate customer requirements into practical design solutions, supporting continuous product improvement, and assisting with documentation and specifications. The Design Engineer will also help address technical inquiries, support quality assurance efforts, and contribute to streamlined production processes.The ideal candidate will have the skills:·      Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in design field preferred.·      Experience with Autodesk Inventor.
